Four/Four is a Business Transformation Studio, combining the rigour and experience of a management consulting practice with the creative processes of a design studio. Our aim is to build innovative and forward-focused organizations that can get the most out of their people.
CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENT
The first phase of any project is research. We speak to all the key stakeholders to get their insights, gather data points and business case to support the organizational change. We will learn as much about the organization and its people prior to designing anything.
We compile and review the data, distill themes, noting outliers, and identifying the core problems that need to be addressed. Through collaborative working sessions we craft solutions that shape a set of recommendations to explore further.
DESIGN & SCENARIO TESTING
Recommendations are designed in detail, building out initiatives and leveraging existing programs. We facilitate scenario testing to understand how each option will work in a real-life environment, which leads to the creation of a final solution.
Once a solution has been designed and tested, a roadmap is developed. This tool shows what needs to happen and when to achieve the stated goals. The Four/Four Team can then provide as much support in the implementation phase as the client requires.
